Ok, I have to admit something. I have a big food hard-on for hot Italian sausage these days. I’m kind of a baby when it comes to spicy food and the sausage I buy is honestly the upper limit of spice I can handle. But it’s just so darn good!
For the entirety of my cooking journey, I’ve been searching for ways to make vegetables more palatable for both me and my boyfriend. I must say, spicy sausage is one of the best ways to cover the taste of broccoli I’ve found to date. These two flavours combined with cheese and garlic powder made a dinner we both loved! We may or may not have fought over who got the leftovers for their lunch 😉
I’m also loving pasta and rice dishes these days. Even though it’s not actually very cold, my winter instincts to load up on carbs are coming through. This makes for lots of yummy and filling dinners that usually make a ton, which means free lunches, woo hoo!
