I realize that I’ve made so many changes to the recipe linked above that I probably should only cite it as an inspiration, not a remake or attempt. However, I want to give credit where credit is due because I never in a million years would have thought of this yummy, easy dinner idea!

After a few days of healthy meals in a row, my BF and I were in the mood for a cheat day type dinner (not that we’re on a diet, but you know). This layered delight that is basically a processed meat lasagna was like a dream come true. We practically inhaled the entire pan of this because it was so delicious. Also, it’s not all bad. The roasted red peppers are semi-healthy, except the fact that they’re jarred in oil . . .

This would make a great party dish to serve at a potluck or barbecue. By simply adding more cans of crescent rolls and more meat, you could make an infinite amount of this yummy bake! It’s also really easy to customize by changing up the meats. I want to find any excuse to make this beauty again!
