Chicken breast, bacon, red potatoes, marble cheese, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder
Saturdays are often my busiest days. I usually have to work a full 8-hour shift, then have some type of social gathering with the people who work M-F, 9-5 jobs. This past weekend was Halloween, which meant a super fun party! It also meant quickly prepping a snack for the get-together, eating dinner, and perfecting my costume in a span of mere hours. Lucky for me, my bf offered to make dinner while I made the party goodies (peanut butter graham crackers sandwiches dipped in Nutella and sprinkles!).
By no means is this a healthy dinner. In fact, it was probably the worst choice to accompany a party night, since we had basically nothing of nutritional value the whole evening. High cholesterol and fat aside, this was so yummy! The cheesy potatoes and warm chicken made me feel so comforted and happy after a long busy day of retail work. Maybe it was a wise choice after all, since all the grease and carbs provided a good base for the night’s beer 😉
